At Nu Dawn Art, each item is created with care and intention. Because many of our products are made to order, custom, or limited edition, we have a clear return policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties.

📦 Returns & Refunds

  • Prints, Totes, and Apparel:
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

  • Custom Artwork & Commissions:
    Due to the personalized nature of custom art, all commissions are non-refundable. A preview or proof may be provided before final delivery if applicable.

🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund (your choice).

We may ask for the return of the damaged product before sending a replacement. In this case, we will provide a return shipping label.

📫 Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

🕒 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress and cannot be reversed.
